HOURS: Full-time/Flexible - MUST be available to work evenings and weekends

Daytona Milton Keynes is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic & reliable reception staff to join our fun and busy team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Meeting & greeting customers upon arrival with first class customer service
- · Signing in customers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniform and assisting with any other requirements
- · Serving drinks and light snacks throughout events
- · Providing administrative support and effective communication to the Sales Team
- · Responding to phone and email enquiries
- · Booking customer events over the telephone or from customer walk in’s
- · Upselling company events, races and merchandise to ensure that sales targets are met
- · Ensure all reception and customer facing areas are clean and tidy
- · Maintaining adequate stock levels at Front of House and assisting with stock take
SKILLS AND ESSENTIALS
- · The candidate must be professional, reliable & confident when liaising with customers
- · Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop their skills
- · Have excellent communication, people and team working skills
- · Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working
- · Be available to work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays
Experience within a customer facing role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate as full training will be provided. A full job description is available on request.
