With the rapid growth of the Acoustic business from early next year, we are looking to bring on-board an additional Site Supervisor here at InstaGroup to Supervise on-site operatives to ensure safe working practices, be the liaison between the site project and the Operations Manager and to oversee the day to day profit management of all activities.
Based at one of our London projects, the ideal candidate will have the knowledge and previous experience at a Site Supervisor level and hold a SMSTS/SSSTS, Gold CSCS card. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding in this exciting and growing industry.

As a Site Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
· Supervision of on-site operatives to ensure safe working practices are adopted.
· To manage any Health and Safety or wellbeing concerns, including feedback from operatives to Management
· Day-to-day profitable management of activities on site.
· Liaise with main office with regard to ordering in good time materials required for site.
· Proactively look to ensure areas ahead are ready for installation.
· The promotion of continuous improvement of culture and the use of best practise
· Carry out quality checks on works installed.
· Effective leadership of our team and sub-Contractors, identifying and highlighting any training requirements within our team
· Liaise with main contractor, regarding any issues or requirements.
· Attend site & office meetings as required.
· Carry out stock checks.
· Complete & compile all site documentation.
Success for you & key outcomes are:
· Any Health and Safety or wellbeing concerns were addressed and managed.
· Contract is profitable.
· Materials utilised in accordance with estimation.
· All QA sheets endorsed by main contractor.
· Site staff happy and no non-attendance.
· No material variations.
· Main Contractor asks for you for their next project
