We are seeking to recruit two Control Room Administrative Assistants to join our Civil & Enforcement Team.

The successful candidate must demonstrate their ability to use a range of different IT systems and databases (including Excel) and must have proven previous experience of working with members of the public and working in a team.

The main duties of this role will involve;

  • To support the civil enforcement of parking contraventions as a key radio communications officer: acting on all messages received via radio; responding as necessary; and transmitting any messages to parking enforcement staff.
  • To carry out administrative duties for the parking enforcement and ANPR CCTV team, including dealing with enforcement and CEO issues.
