Housing Maintenance Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Maintenance Administrator to join our Tarasis Housing Divsion!

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Providing general administrative support and assist with day to day office operations
  • Answer incoming phone calls and carry out follow ups
  • Plan and oversee maintenance, repair and installation activities
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, placements, landlords, 3rd party organisations and maintenance staff
  • Manage maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Deal with all queries correctly and appropriately and ensure they are dealt with within the correct timeframe

Essential Criteria;

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in an administration role.
  • Demonstrable experience of using a range of computer software including MS Office, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
