We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Professional Window Cleaner. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the pristine appearance of windows, frames, sills and doors in various locations. The majority of the work will involve utilizing a waterfed pole system from the ground, with occasional traditional methods and ladder work required. This role demands a good level of physical fitness, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the position entails working in all weather conditions, so a genuine enjoyment of outdoor work is essential. A clean driver's license is a prerequisite for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Employ the utmost precision and attention to detail in executing window cleaning tasks, leaving windows, frames, sills and doors flawlessly clean and streak-free.
- Utilize the waterfed pole technique for the majority of assignments, demonstrating proficiency in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness from ground level.
- Employ traditional window cleaning methods and ladder work for more challenging or hard-to-reach areas as required.
- Work will include cleaning gutters, soffits and facias, conservatory roofs in a mix residential and commercial work.
- Exhibit resilience and adaptability when working in adverse weather conditions, ensuring tasks are completed regardless of the elements.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean work vehicle.
- Uphold excellent physical condition to successfully handle the demands of the role, including climbing ladders and maneuvering equipment.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service by delivering friendly and professional interactions with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Remain flexible with working hours, as occasional weekend assignments may be necessary to accommodate rescheduled appointments due to inclement weather.
Requirements:
- Possession of a clean driver's license is mandatory for operating company vehicles and transporting equipment to various job sites. 3-6 points max.
- A strong affinity for working outdoors and a genuine appreciation for the challenges and rewards of outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
- Maintaining good physical fitness to effectively perform physically demanding tasks associated with window cleaning.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients and address their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibiting self-motivation and initiative to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Flexibility in working hours, with availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and occasional weekends based on business needs.
