Office Assistant


 

Duties
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Utilize computerized systems and software
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments

Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

This position requires a reliable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work independently.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The office assistant will be required to work on-site at our location.
