Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the establishment, including but not limited to kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
