Job Description:
Made in Kent Radio is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Membership. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing members and attracting new signups on a monthly basis. Your primary focus will include sending regular newsletters, engaging with members on social media platforms, and overseeing all member activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership signups on a monthly basis

- Maintain regular communication with existing members through newsletters and other channels
- Engage with members on social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and promoting member benefits
- Coordinate and organize monthly member social events at various locations in Kent
- Manage all member-related activities, including inquiries, feedback, and support requests
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills to effectively engage with existing and potential members
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their role in member engagement
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a membership or community management role is preferred but not required

This position is based at our studios in Bexley, Kent.
