Front of House Staff – The Isla Gladstone

The Isla Gladstone is the jewel of North Liverpool, situated in Stanley Park, The Isla offers 360 views of Liverpool. Any event can be held here – corporate dinners, weddings, funerals etc. We will ensure every event is handled with professionalism and care.

We are looking for trusty, well-presented Front of House staff to support our existing Events team. You will have experience in working in a busy hospitality environment and be eager to learn and train on the job.

As Front of House staff, you will be responsible in ensuring a high level of customer is always achieved. You will be meet and greet all clients, show them to their tables, take orders and offer recommendations. As event staff you will be able to multitask and deal well under pressure.

Job Duties:

· Set up and derig of all events

· Providing exceptional customer service

· Welcoming and serving guests

· Serving and clearing food from guests

· Effectively operating cash register systems

Event Staff Requirements:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool, L4 0TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
