Production Operative - PERMANENT POSITIONS
A&C North West Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our large manufacturing client based in Haslingden (2 mins from the motorway) for the position of Production Operative / FLT Driver, offering 33 days of holiday a year rising to 36 days per year with service there are opportunities to develop a career within the business.
Requirements of a Production Operative
- Be flexible to work 12 shifts covering days and nights (Mon-Fri)
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- FLT experience is preferred
Details:
- Salary - £28.1k per year rising to 29.5k after training
- Working hours of a Production Operative are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Mon-Fri
- Overtime available
- Location - Haslingden
- Duration - Permanent
- All suitable candidates will be subject to alcohol and drug testing at the induction stage.
- Extensive training will be given
Role of a Production Operative
- Working according to health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring that the final products meet quality standards
- To ensure all company procedures and rules are adhered to
- Reporting any breakdowns or faults
- To minimize waste reduction
