The quaint, historic pub opens in the afternoon and evening, serving independent beer, wine and cocktails, along with an attached Farm-shop and deli, open during the day. Both situated within a communal, landscaped garden. The food offering is simple, yet sustainable; focusing on local, fresh and seasonal produce, served in the pub with table service and in the deli, with counter service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic mixologist, to help offer an amazing experience for our customers, along with the smooth running of the bar.
As a talented and experienced Mixologist yourself, you will be leading from the front and be able to create classic and innovative drinks, exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will be able to manage stock and introduce new products to the offering. You will work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure our customers' needs and desires are met.
You will have:

- Experience in making classic and speciality cocktails
